Smazání údajů

Všechno smažete přímo v aplikaci, po přihlášení jako rodič. Smazání proběhne hned a nejde vrátit.

Smazání profilu dítěte

  1. U dítěte klikněte na Upravit.
  2. Dole klikněte na Smazat profil a potvrďte Smazat natrvalo.

Smažou se všechny výsledky a testy dítěte, odznaky, odměny, přátelé a výzvy, rozpracovaný test, plány, přiřazení učitelé a spárovaná zařízení. Platí to pro všechny rodiče v rodině.

Smazání účtu rodiče

  1. Úplně dole v aplikaci v části Účet klikněte na Smazat můj účet.
  2. Pro potvrzení napište slovo SMAZAT a klikněte na Smazat účet natrvalo.

Jste-li v rodině jediný rodič, smaže se s účtem i rodina a profily všech dětí se všemi jejich údaji. Jsou-li v rodině další rodiče, odejdete z ní a děti zůstanou jim; vlastnictví rodiny přejde na spoluvlastníka, a pokud žádný není, na rodiče, který je v rodině nejdéle. Po smazání vás aplikace odhlásí.

Jednotlivé testy dítěte smažete v historii testů, spárované zařízení odeberete v nastavení dítěte.

Smazání nahrávek hlasu

V nabídce dítěte otevřete Hlas. U hlasu klikněte na Smazat: smaže se se všemi nahrávkami a jmény dětí. Jednotlivou nahrávku nebo jméno smažete ikonou koše u ní. Smazat může ten, kdo nahrával, a vlastník nebo spoluvlastník rodiny. Nahrávky se smažou i s účtem toho, kdo nahrával, když z rodiny odejde, a se smazáním rodiny; nahrané jméno dítěte se smaže s profilem dítěte. Soubor, který se nepodaří odstranit hned, už nikdo neslyší a smaže ho správce. Kopie v zařízeních rodiny se smažou při jejich příštím připojení.

Když to v aplikaci nejde

  1. Napište z e-mailu, kterým se do Pickles Academy přihlašujete, na [email protected] s předmětem „Smazání účtu Pickles Academy“.
  2. Uveďte, zda chcete smazat celý účet, nebo jen některé dítě.
  3. Údaje smažeme do 30 dnů a potvrdíme vám to e-mailem.

Pokud jste se přihlásili přes Facebook, můžete Pickles Academy odebrat také ve Facebooku v Nastavení › Aplikace a weby; údaje uložené u nás ale smažete jen v aplikaci nebo e-mailem.

V zálohách poskytovatele databáze mohou smazané údaje zůstat nejvýše 30 dní, než se přepíšou.

Data deletion

You can delete everything right in the app, signed in as a parent. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Deleting a child profile

  1. Click Edit on the child.
  2. At the bottom, click Delete profile and confirm with Delete permanently.

This deletes all of the child's results and tests, badges, rewards, friends and challenges, the saved test, plans, assigned teachers and paired devices, for every parent in the family.

Deleting a parent account

  1. At the very bottom of the app, under Account, click Delete my account.
  2. To confirm, type the word DELETE and click Delete account permanently.

If you are the family's only parent, the family and every child profile with all its data are deleted along with the account. If there are other parents, you leave the family and the children stay with them; ownership of the family passes to a co-owner or, if there is none, to the parent who has been in the family longest. The app then signs you out.

Individual tests can be deleted in the test history; a paired device can be removed in the child's settings.

Deleting voice recordings

In the child's menu, open Voice. Click Delete on a voice to delete it with all its recordings and children's names; delete a single recording or name with the bin icon next to it. The person who recorded it and the family's owner or co-owner can delete. The recordings are also deleted with the account of the person who recorded them, when they leave the family, and when the family is deleted; a child's recorded name is deleted with the child's profile. A file that cannot be removed at once is no longer heard by anyone and an admin removes it. The copies on the family's devices are removed the next time they connect.

If you can't do it in the app

  1. Email [email protected] from the address you sign in to Pickles Academy with, subject "Delete Pickles Academy account".
  2. Say whether you want the whole account deleted or only a particular child.
  3. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Pickles Academy in Facebook under Settings › Apps and websites; the data we hold is deleted only in the app or by email, though.

Deleted data may remain in the database provider's backups for up to 30 days until they are overwritten.
